Low-speed and under-speed vehicles (LSVs and USVs) are not permitted on any street or highway having an established speed limit greater than 35 miles per hour. Other than crossing at an intersection, LSVs and USVs are not permitted on any portion of the streets:

A low-speed vehicle (LSV) is a three- or four-wheel motor vehicle with an attainable speed of more than 20 miles per hour but not more than 25 miles per hour, with a gross vehicle weight of less than 3,000 pounds.
